You may use my lyrics in any works which are both non-profit and non-commercial derivatives as long as the works also fall within any following parameters:

• You may NOT use my lyrics in any works or duplicates released for profit(whether profit sources be via advertisements or otherwise) unless expressly granted permission and written consent by myself, Joshua Ripley. All for-profit derivative works will require a percentage of profits at a maximum of 50% and can be otherwise negotiated on a per-work basis.
• You may NOT under any circumstance duplicate and re-distribute my lyrics in their written form unless accompanied by both vocals, music and with credits given to myself and reference to my blog.

Any works which are not posted under lyrics may not be used in any works whether they be non-commercial or non-profit or otherwise with out my, Joshua Ripley's, expressed permission and written consent.

Works are to be considered any form, depiction or project capable of re-producing any of my writings/words in a recognizable fashion whether cryptic or otherwise.
